CASE STUDY 1 - RESILIENT LK195

Upon entering shiplift, underwater area UHP blasted and a full coat of Epoxy Sealer applied. A further second coat of Epoxy Hi-Build applied.

 

Full coat is applied by spray method.

 

A third coat was strip coated (painting all welds with brush and roller) before applying full coat of paint by spray method.

 

Two full coats of anti-fouling applied.

CASE STUDY 2 - ADVANCE WY77

Before hydro-blasting and Hot Zinc spraying of the fish working area on the Advance WY77.

 

After works completed on the Advance WY77:

  • Complete system UHP blast
  • Hot Zinc Spray
  • 1 Coat of Epoxy Sealer Stripe Coat and second Coat Epoxy Highbuild
  • Stripe Coated, 1st Coat Polyurethane Finish
  • 2nd Coat Polyurethane Applied

CASE STUDY 3 - Sparkling Star BCK

Upon entering shiplift, bottom and topsides were hydroblasted. Topsides were hot zinc sprayed and 1 coat epoxy sealer applied. Bottom 1 coat epoxy sealer applied..

Topsides stripe coat and apply 1 coat epoxy highbuild. bottom apply 2nd coat epoxy sealer.

 

Ajax

Topsides strip coat and apply 1 coat polyurethane topcoat. Bottom strip coat and apply 1 coat epoxy tie coat.

 

Topsides apply 2nd coat polyurethane. Bottom apply 2 coats antifouling.
